Over days shaped by blue water, freediving, movement, recovery, long table conversations, and wide-open Baja landscapes, we created room to slow down, go deeper, and feel fully present.

Baja gave us the perfect landscape for a retreat that moved between adventure and stillness.
We entered the water with curiosity, trained with intention, and let the days unfold at a more human pace. The experience brought together freediving, ocean exploration, movement, recovery, nourishing meals, and the kind of community that makes every moment feel more meaningful.
