About me
Strength, breath, and becoming.
I am Yanita Yancheva, a Bulgarian athlete, mother, designer, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of human potential.
My journey began in Bulgaria, where I studied economics and law, worked in the legal field, and stepped into the public eye through Survivor Bulgaria. That experience changed the direction of my life. It tested my body, my mind, and my spirit, and it awakened a deeper understanding of what I was capable of becoming.
After Survivor, fitness became my language of transformation. What started as a personal commitment to strength and discipline grew into an international career as a fitness model, brand ambassador, and online inspiration for women around the world. For years, I shared the message that a strong body is not only about appearance; it is about confidence, self-respect, consistency, and the courage to create a life that feels aligned.
Today, my path has expanded beyond the gym and into the ocean. I am now a freediver, and freediving has taught me a completely new dimension of strength. Underwater, there is no noise, no performance, and no place to hide from yourself. There is only breath, presence, trust, and surrender. It has become one of the most powerful practices in my life, connecting physical discipline with emotional calm and spiritual depth.
